Question by Sam: Why are so many Christian single girls so lonely? Where can I meet a nice moral guy and not become desperate?
I became single almost a year ago. My fiance who was a Christian ended up being unfaithful so I ended our relationship. Its taken a year to get my confidence back. I was so happy but I didnt know him. Im a Christian girl aged 29. I’d say I was a loving, pretty and fun girl. However there seems to be a shortage of men in church and Ive joined various Christian dating sites with no success.

There are LOADS of single girls in all the churches I have been to. All seem lonely and disheartened and most seem resigned to the fact that they will end up single and alone. It’s horrible. I cry everytime I come back from church because I am surrounded by single girls and then young families. I feel such a pressure to find someone. I think its because I had planned my wedding and in my head I was going to be settled with a family. Now Im on my own again and most people my age in couples dont want to hang around with me. They are doing things with their partner.

Im starting to think I should date guys who are not Christians or face being single forever. The only problem is that I am still a virgin and dont want to have sex until Im married. How will I find a non Christian who will wait for me? Will they think Im a freak? Any advice would be really appreciated. I feel so crap right now xxx

Hell I’m agnostic but I waited 2 years for my girl who’s a christian. Of course I was in the military so…

My brothers parents (he’s my half brother) were big time junkies (drug addicts) then they found god and living a good christian lifestyle.

The grace of the white dress is totally amazing and the gown has a different look altogether. There are certain customs, which need to be followed in the Christian matrimonies. It’s not only the marriage day, but even after the matrimony the bride and groom needs to follow some norms, which would help them in keeping pace with each other’s life. Following are few of the steps, which should be followed by the Christian bride and groom, to keep their marriage bond intact and to enjoy a beautiful married life.

Pray together: Like in every religion, praying is considered to be a very important in Christianity. Praying every morning for their togetherness, to the god, gives the Christian bride and groom, the strength to be together and lead their life ahead. Everyday has new challenges, which are supposed to be faced by the bride and groom together, so praying together gives them the power to face those problems. Also, an eternal bond is formed between the two, which binds the two in their married life.

Make important decisions together: This not only goes in the Christian matrimony, but in case of every married life, the bride and groom should take consent of each other, before finalising a decision. Especially, if the decision, has the power to impact both their lives, then one should not impose the other with his views, the other person, should also have equal participation in the decisions made. The marriage life is said to become strong, if both the bride and groom have equal saying in their married lives.

Should continue dating each other: The bride and groom should keep the quotient of love alive and should always be positive about their relationship. Both of them should make each and every effort to keep each other happy and should keep giving surprises to their life partner. The element of romance should always be present in the married life, which does not allow the bond to get stale. This ways the interest of the Christian bride and Christian groom is always positive towards each other and they live a happy married life.

Christian matrimonies are celebrated with great dignity and simplicity. They believe that men and women are equal and hence should be given status, which is equal and they both enjoy same credentials in their married life. Turning each day into a majestic day, full of romance and love, depends entirely on the bride and the groom. It is their responsibility that they take care of their life partner and see that all their wishes are fulfilled. The bond of matrimony, gets successful, only when the bride and groom are loyal towards their marriage and looks forward of spending each day splendidly.
