Title: Tuesday nights were the gymnastics workout nights at the YWCA in January 1972. The classes started at 5:00 p.m. and ran through until 9 p.m. with beginners, intermediates and advanced students being instructed by a fourth-year physical education student from the University of Western Ontario.
